boone loganNo as I hit, the Braves dealt Javier Vazquez (along with Boone Logan) to his former team for Melky Cabrera and a couple of pitching prospects.
Not that I'm disappointed with the treatment, since the Braves acquired as something like Vizcaino Arodys Tehran in July (less than 20, the power arm), but was waiting to see more MLB-impact players (Nick Swisher ... ahem) that Melky Cabrera and lefty Mike Dunn (24).
Of course, Cabrera (25) is a switch-hitter who fields well and hit .274 last season, but only belted 13 homers last season and definitely not help fill the power vacuum Atlanta has in his garden.
