It's a scene repeated throughout Philadelphia, where the main streets have been plowed, and minors ... not so much.
It's a good thing that Philadelphia is pedestrian and mass transit easy, because many of the side streets have not seen the business end of the storm plowed snow from this weekend.
Andrew Dalzell, who lives in the downtown of the Southwest, not unity. He says it is probably just as well considering what he saw walking to work past snow buried streets:
"Some of the smaller ones like St. Albans, Pemberton, I looked down and they could never seemed to leave now. Only a car capable of going down them, and that's just anyway. And now they are completely impassable, while the more standard, Fitzwater, Catherine, who are doing a little better. "
