At least 20 people were killed and 50 wounded in a bomb blast at MA Jinnah road on Monday.
According to initial report, the explosion took place near Jama cloth.
The victims were taken to Jinnah, Civil and emergency hospitals, which has imposed.
Police and Rangers have cordoned off the area.
Ambulances and rescue teams arrived at the scene shortly after the incident.
